About Us
Fenton started with a simple observation: good businesses get good reviews, but very few have the time to reply to them properly. We saw that firsthand through a family business, then everywhere else. For most owners, reviews matter, but they sit behind customers, staff, stock, suppliers and everything else that has to get done first. We built Fenton to fix that. Ollie has built cloud systems at Microsoft and major institutions in Hong Kong, and has also run his own small business. Matthew has built production AI systems at a major international organisation and at a YC-backed startup. Between us, we know how to build technology that is reliable, practical and genuinely useful. Fenton gives small businesses a simple way to stay on top of reviews without adding more work.
